About me

Game Designer Junior
Originaly from Switzerland, I have been in Canada for 3 years now. I started deveolpping video games more than 5 years ago, learning everything by myself. I was motivated by the innovation in that industry. Years later I began my studies in Game Design, more passionate than ever.
Today, I am looking for the next step in my career.
Video Games are a form of media that has always been fascinating to me, due to the intensity and range of emotions it can make you experience.

Yokai
Made with Unity
Year
2019
Genre
Stealth, 3D Platforming
Tasks
- Game Design
- VFX Programming
In teams composed of 3 Game Designers and 3 Game Artists, we had to produce an original stealth game with an in-game time constraint and in just a few weeks.
In Yokai, the player steals a special mask that allows them, if they wear it, to see and interact with the spirit world. This mask is the key to help them escape the temple in which they are trapped. The player has to go through to versions of the level, the normal and spirit worlds, switching from one to the other instantly with the mask. The spirit world is challenging because of vengeful ghosts trying to slow down the player's progression. They can't see them in the normal world, though. Eventually, if the player is to slow to escape, a demon is freed and comes after them to trap them in the spirit world forever.
Avalon
Made with Unity
Year

Genre
Adventure, Action, 3D platforming
Tasks
- Game Design
- Gameplay Programming
Admission project to enter ISART Digital. It was realized in 3 weeks and had the goal of showcasing my skills in prototyping.
In Avalon, the player can climb virtullay any surface, as long as their avatar's arms can reach for gripping points. This system is entirely procedural, meaning it is not limited by a number of animations. This changes the level design drastically, as the challenge is then to just place gripping points close enough of each other. To add a little bit of depth to the game, a basic but well-made combat system was implemented which, combined with the climbing system, made for a promising adventure game prototype.
Hourglass
Made with Unity
Year
2019
Genre
Puzzle, 3D Platforming
Tasks
- Game Design
- Gameplay Programming
Project in teams of 2 with the goal of prototyping a unique and interesting mechanic.
In Hourglass, the player goes through a series of small platforming levels with an original weapon: time. Indeed, several objects placed on their way will alter the course of time if interacted with. The best example is the hourglass, which will reverse time completely, thus unlocking new paths for the player to take, which could have been previously blocked due to a cave-in.
Silverwood
Made with Unity
Year
2017
Genre
Adventure, Puzzle
Tasks
- Game Design
- Game Art
- Gameplay Programming
First important project I worked on and first one I presented to a public.
Silverwood is an ivestigation game with the goal to be intriguing and surreal. The player must walk through typical swiss sceneries (mountains, forests, chalets) before finding themselves in bizarre and creepy environments straight out of the protagonist's nightmares. During their exploration, the player will have to make choices, including during dialogues (sometimes with limited time), which will affect how much of the mystery they uncover and sometimes their survival too.
Despite a few (minor) programming errors in the final version, the surreal atmosphere I was looking for is coating the entire game nicely.
Les Dernières Heures de la Nuit
Board Game
Year
2019
Genre
Board Game, Deck Building, Co-op
Tasks
- Project Management
- Game Design
Board Game project in a team of 6, including 3 Game Designers and 3 Game Artists.
In this Co-op Game of 3 to 5 players, everyone plays against the game itself and against the clock. Indeed, in the universe of dernières Heures de la Nuit, monstruous creatures from parallel dimensions have begun invading our reality, by going through a magical clock. Players must, turn by turn, fix the clock while also containing the monsters coming through. They have two methods to achieve that: they can either kill them or tame them. Each method has its own benefits depending on the creature. If the players take too long to fix the clock, an Abomination comes out to fight them and will eventually defeat them after some time. The Abomination is random at every game, as well as creatures and unique events that happen every turn. All this makes the game fun to play multiple times.

Game Jam Project in a team of 13, composed of 9 Game designers and 4 artists. The goal was to produce a game on the theme of "How to make the world a better place ?" in only 4 days.
In this game, the player controls a man who's mission is to prepare orders of flowers. They must manage the limited quantity of flowers in the shop as well as the contraints on each order. The more they succeed, the more the world changes in good, as witnessed by small snippets of newspaper in-between levels. The reverse is also true.

Genre
Point and click, puzzle
Tasks
- Game Design
Game Jam project realized in 4 days by a team of 6. This was the first project I did working from home. The theme was "Explore the world from your home".
Travel Tale is a puzzle game made entirely on Google Slide. It ressembles one of these "books of which you are the hero". The player navigates through slides according to their choices. They will be challenged by a few riddles and puzzles on their way, with various degrees of difficulty. Links and animations make the experience fluid and fun.
Madame Irma

Genre
Puzzle
Tasks
- Game Design
- Gameplay programming
Game Jam project made in only 4 days by a team of 4 Game Designer and 3 Game Artists. We used GODOT as our engine because none of us had used it before and we wanted to try something new. The theme of the Game Jam was "You know nothing".
Madame Irma is a fortune teller that doesn't have a sixth sense. To read her clients' future, she observes them, trying to find clues of what they want to hear. The player, controlling Irma, must associate details of the client's appearence and in their responses to guess which tarot card to put down on the table, each card representing a theme. After each encounter with client, a screen tells the player if they made the right choices and what exactly happened to the clients after the reading.

School project with the goal of prototyping a stealth game with an isometric camera and mouse movements.
The player controls the first lady of the united states as she tries to escape the white house. She must avoid the many security gards on every floor and leave the building discretly. The gameplay is simple but once the player understands that, the difficulty level rises, keeping the player alert and interested.
